What is Not Covered? This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of Product by Purchaser. This Limited Warranty does not cover:
(a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or modification of any part of Product, including antenna, or cosmetic damage
(b) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible;
(c) any plastic surfaces or other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use;
(d) malfunctions resulting from the use of Product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by budget Computers and Kiwi Mobiles
(e) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment;
(f) installation, maintenance, and service of Product
(g) Product used or purchased outside the NEW ZEALAND
(h) Keep your docket in a safe place, and bring it with you, if there has any warranty claim that shall occur, we would not entertain any warranty claims, without proof of purchase.
(i) During purchase chooses your products, peripherals, and accessories very carefully, we do not accept changes of mind after purchasing, except the products, come under any fault, which has under warranty and precautions by the customer, end-user.
Note: These are second handphones, laptops, and computers. While some products may last for years they are not new.
All Ex-Leased, refurbished, and second-hand products have all been checked and tested. If any of the purchased products have created technical issues, in the first three months we will fix or replace them with an equivalent. If it fails outside the three months we will quote a repair, external impact, unnecessary viruses or not recommended website by industry, which shows red alert during your browsing and the hackers put versus in your smartphones, laptops, computers, the warranty period shall null and wide.
